The experience
A bespoke multi-course dinner designed around your palate and prepared in your own kitchen, from mise en place to the final polished plate.
Every service begins with a consultation: your guests, the room, the mood, any dietary considerations. Chef James then writes the menu, sources the produce and arrives with everything required — including a team, when the evening calls for one.
